Who is this for? In Altum Alumni currently living in Latin American Time Zones. We could potentially consider people in European Time Zones, but they would have to be willing to work in American Time Zones, which could be difficult.
Assistant - Apostolate Programs (Part-Time, Remote). The Apostles Fund, a Catholic apostolate-funding organization, is looking for a detail-oriented, part-time assistant to support the operational side of its grant/apostolate/non-profit pipeline. Responsibilities include processing new applications, coordinating due diligence, managing scheduling and correspondence, keeping tracking systems current, following up on deliverables, and providing light operational support to the executive team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable without needing reminders, comfortable following defined processes rather than improvising, and trustworthy with sensitive financial and non-profit information. Although previous experience with our particular software is not required, you absolutely need to be a fast learner. For instance, you will use ClickUp, Google Drive, and file-sharing platforms (e.g., Tresorit) in this role, and ideally you're already using Claude or a similar AI tool at a more advanced level than is typical for your peers; and, if you are not already, you are willing to learn quickly. This is a remote, part-time position; the team operates primarily on U.S. Eastern time with regular Pacific-time crossover, so some availability across that range (and time zones in between) is needed for meetings and coordination. A commitment to the Catholic faith and alignment with the mission of the Church is required, given the nature of the work and the apostolates/non-profits it supports.
