Andrea E. Leal

Managing Director

Ms. Leal spent most of her undergraduate studies being a part of different nonprofit initiatives and working on the legal services sector. She has led multiple nonprofit educational initiatives that specialize in applying theology in our everyday lives. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Ms. Leal spent her junior year as a visiting student at Yale University and graduated with a Bachelors in Law from Tec de Monterrey. After graduating, she decided to move to Washington, D.C. to become a part of the In Altum Team. She is specially interested in studying different notions of freedom throughout Christian thought and the implications they have on human flourishing.

Lucía Vázquez

Program Coordinator

Lucía Vázquez Ger is a lawyer with a MA in Communication Management, both from Austral University, Argentina. She is a professional with +5 years of relevant work experience in project management, leading cross-functional projects in different non profits and think tanks in Argentina and Chile. During 2019, she will be also studying the MA in Journalism offered jointly by La Nación newspaper and Torcuato Di Tella Univeristy, in Buenos Aires. She is passionate about connecting people, and helping organizations achieve their goals. Her professional mission is to impact society through public relations and communications.

Lucy Rahner

Logistics Coordinator

Lucy Rahner has coordinated study abroad programs, volunteered with the ecclesial movement Heart’s Home (Points-Coeur), and led summer catechetical programs through Totus Tuus. Lucy studied art and sociology at Vanderbilt as a Curb Scholar in Creative Enterprise and Public Leadership, and, as a result, she is especially passionate about impacting society through the power of beauty.


Luz Aramburo

Program Coordinator

Luz Aurora Aramburo wore many hats in the anti-human trafficking sector in San Diego for three years. Among her may duties, she participated in the creation of several research conferences and fundraisers. She studied Business Administration in Point Loma Nazarene University with hopes of bringing a business perspective to non profits. She believes in bringing people and organizations together to collaboratively have a larger and more profound impact in society. She is a fan of literature and writing.
